I am an Australian born makeup artist who worked in London for the last four years. I was Kay Montano’s first assistant and also worked for D+V Management on a mixture of fashion editorial, advertising, red carpet and runway shows.

I’m less interested in reviewing products that are new for the sake of being new, and more interested in products that really work. (Although I do love a new product too!)  Since I am a makeup artist I am pretty tough on my makeup – they seriously need to perform when I’m on a job. The products and brands that I like I have used literally hundreds of times, in all different conditions, on all different skin tones.

In my time in London I have had privileged access and worked with some of the top photographers, models and stylists in the world. I have worked on jobs with Karl Lagerfeld, Paolo Roversi, Bruce Weber, Ellen Von Unwerth and  Tim Walker, amongst others. I have worked for Chanel, Cacharel, Hugo Boss, Burberry and Aquascutum, and worked all over the world including London, Paris, the US, and of course my native Sydney.
